Prism Go is a companion app for TeachAssist that helps YRDSB students view their marks, courses, and school-related tools in a modern, easy-to-use interface.
No. Prism Go is not affiliated with or endorsed by YRDSB or TeachAssist. It is an independent student project.
Your login information and marks are stored only on your device. Nothing is shared with third parties or external servers.
Prism Go cannot reset your password. Only YRDSB can do this. Contact your school office or the YRDSB IT department for help.
Make sure your TeachAssist username and password are correct. If you still can't log in, it's likely an issue with YRDSB servers โ try again later or contact your school.
Check your internet connection first. If the problem continues, the TeachAssist site may be down or your account may have restrictions.
Prism Go requires an internet connection to log in and refresh marks, but cached data can still be viewed offline.
Yes. Prism Go is free to download and use.
Marks update whenever you refresh inside the app. The timing of new marks depends on when teachers update TeachAssist.
Yes. Prism Go does not send your data anywhere. Everything stays on your device.
